We started this company in 2016 with nothing but a notepad containing our ideas, dreams and goals. Since then, we have successfully collaborated with many wonderful brides and vendors to achieve the most memorable wedding experiences possible. We are a team of hard-working, dedicated ladies who are wholeheartedly committed to serving others and ensuring that our clients have the most high-quality experience when booking our services. I’m Sierra and I am so thrilled to get to meet you and be a part of your special day!
I have worked in the wedding business for the past eight years and with Arrowed Beginnings for the past five years. I began by shooting photography and soon came to learn that I loved absolutely everything about weddings. I always knew that I wanted to be more involved in helping brides to achieve their dream wedding day. I enjoy planning and thrive off of organization. I found Arrowed Beginnings from Megan, one of our other coordinators, who was planning my own wedding and made that day exactly as I had envisioned.
I am a wife and mother to a sweet girl and boy! I love taking care of the details, whether it be ensuring that the candles are lit or that everyone is where they are supposed to be at any given time throughout the day. I find joy in taking care of the guests, the bridal party, and mostly - the bride and groom. I look forward to getting to know you and take part in such a special day with you guys!

Hi, my name is Conner! I started "planning" weddings during recess in elementary school and knew at a young age that I wanted to pursue a career as a wedding planner. Nothing makes me happier than working with my couples on every last detail to make sure their wedding day is one they'll never forget! When I'm not working, you can find me taking walks with my two pups Cash and June, curled up with a good book, or scoping out a fun new restaurant.

I have always had an eye for weddings and all the details that go into making your day as beautiful and fun as you imagined it. I started working weddings as a server in wineries around North Georgia, but I always wanted to be even more involved. After getting to be maid of honor for my sister, I knew this is exactly the world I wanted to live in. Right from the get-go, Arrowed Beginnings showed me a passion for perfection and a keen eye for wedding design that made me excited to work with all my brides!
I'm recently graduated with a degree in business management and if that has taught me anything, it's that working hard towards a goal is always worth it in the end. I go into every wedding with this mindset because I know a dream needs a hardworking team and a lot of love. I can't wait to make your dream a reality, and I hope to work with you one day!

My name is Megan and I love weddings! Brides are my kind of people! I started this journey in college when I was asked to be a bridesmaid for the 11th time. (I know, I know .. ) At that point I had become a professional bridesmaid! I could fluff a dress, give a toast, arrange flowers, and calm down a nervous bride in my sleep. It was these years as being the friend to the bride that gave me a love for everything "I DO"! Since then I have become a mother to two beautiful girls and the wife to a full on country boy. We live in Dahlonega, Ga where I teach Special Education at the elementary level. I have also been with Arrowed Beginnings for the past eight years.
These years have taught me that having a good team by your side on your big day is critical, but having a friend who you can trust and lean on is everything. That's what I hope to achieve here at Arrowed Beginnings. I want to develop relationships with each couple so that together we can build your perfect day. I want to share in your worries and celebrate in your joys as you prepare for one of the most important choices you make.

My journey in the wedding industry began as event staff, where I quickly realized my passion for helping couples bring their dream weddings to life. This passion led me to become a Venue Manager at a local Winery & Restaurant, where I fell in love with coordinating and executing unforgettable celebrations.
Now, as I pursue a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing at the University of North Georgia, I’m dedicated to combining my expertise in event management with strategic planning to create seamless, beautiful weddings. I truly love helping couples turn their visions into reality, and I can’t wait to be a part of your special day!

Will I still have some control over my wedding if I hire your team as my planner?
Yes, absolutely! Our main goal is to help you bring your vision to life. If you need assistance with executing your unique aesthetic/style, we would love to guide you through and help you achieve the wedding of your dreams. We want you to remember that this special season of life is all about you and we want to take your creativity, your vision, and your ideas to pull off a wedding day that perfectly reflects you two as a couple. This will be a day that you and your fiancé look back on for many years to come!
What form of payment do you accept and do you have a payment plan?
We accept payment through Credit Card (3.6% processing fee will apply), Bank Transfer (1.9% processing fee will apply), Zelle, or a mailed check. We require a 50% retainer fee upon booking to reserve your date and the rest is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. You are welcome to make payments along the way but keep in mind that all payments are nonrefundable!
As a vendor, what are the benefits to working with a wedding coordinator such as yourself?
Our team takes pride in our collective and individual ability to plan for and execute seamless wedding days. There are so many details that go into this day that many people fail to take into account! A few of these details include (but are not limited to) venue familiarity, timing for certain events based on contracted hours, personal aspects of the day, knowing the venue floor plan, menu selections, etc. etc. etc. Head over to our contact page to let us know your needs and vision for your wedding day and we would be happy to chat more about our services and what we can do for you!
What type of packages do you offer?
We offer a variety of packages to meet your needs! The Arrowed Beginnings team is a crew of talented women who love the industry that we work in. Our team's expertise extends to coordination, full-service planning, event design, and rentals.
Do you have a minimum guest count?
We do not! Our packages are not based on guest count. Whether the number of guests consists of 20 people or 250 people, we still provide the same level of expertise and quality of service to our brides.
